ARP2000 Rod Bolts

Designed to replace factory torque-to-yield hardware, our ARP2000 rod bolts deliver significantly higher clamp load and fatigue strength—keeping the rod cap stable under high RPM, boost, and increased cylinder pressure.

Unlike OEM TTY bolts (single-use), ARP2000 fasteners operate within their elastic range and are reusable when properly inspected. Installed by stretch (.0085”–.009”) rather than torque, they provide consistent, repeatable preload and improved reliability in performance applications.
